Mark Farndon is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic surgeon.
His primary specialism is in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery, though he has a secondary interest in arthroscopic knee surgery and knee replacement.
Mark is on the Specialist Register for Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery (http://www.gmc-uk.org) and has been employed as a Consultant at Harrogate District Hospital since 2010.
He is the Clinical Lead for Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust (http://www.hdft.nhs.uk), represents Harrogate on the Surgical Training Committe at the Yorkshire Deanery and runs the annual regional mock FRCS(Tr&Orth) exams for Orthopaedic surgeons in training.
Mark works with specialist physiotherapists, podiatrists and allied health professionals, facilitating non-operative managements and individualised post-operative rehabilitation.
